To determine the winner of each class, we judge conformation, quality, 
presence and temperment.  Each of these
qualities is given a score out of 100.  The horse the the highest 
average score of these four percentages is the winner,
the rest being fairly obvious in way of placings.  In case of tie, 
placings are randomized.

Conformation - Overall appearance and stature
Quality - Overall quality and breeding of animal (an animal can have 
quality without conformation)
Presence - Overall sense of feeling overwhelmed or bored with animal
Temperment - Attitude and manner
